Launch a benefits portal in 5 minutes.
Upload your plan documents once and your benefits portal builds itself. Employees get a simple place to find their benefits, understand their coverage, and get answers to their questions anytime, day or night.
No credit card. Opens the demo, no signup. From $49 a month per portal, never per employee.
You are the benefits help desk, and you never applied for the job.
The plan documents exist. They went out in an email four months ago, as a PDF, with a filename like 2026_SBC_final_v3.pdf. Nobody kept it. So every question comes back to you, and most of them are the same five questions.
Meanwhile you are paying real money for benefits people never use, because they cannot tell what they have.
- דWhere's my ID card?” Asked in Slack, at 4:50 on a Friday.
- דIs my kid's dentist in network?” You do not know either, so you call the carrier.
- דWhat's my deductible again?” Third time this month, second time from the same person.
- דDo we have an EAP?” You do. It has been in the packet for two years.
- ×Open enrollment hits and all of it arrives at once, on top of your actual job.
I spent years watching good benefits go unused.
I was CMO at HealthJoy, where more than 1 million employees used the platform to find and navigate the benefits their employers were already paying for. I saw firsthand how much easier benefits can be to understand and use when the right technology is there.
But these platforms were built primarily for larger employers with larger budgets. Smaller companies often didn't have access to the same kind of technology.
Benefits Studio is the version of that software for everyone else, priced so a broker can put one in front of every client.

This is what your employees get, and what you manage.
Two screens. One for the 60 people who need an answer, one for the person who keeps it current.
Ask Benny. He only knows your plan.
Every answer comes straight from the documents you uploaded, with the page it came from. Not a guess, not generic advice from the internet. If the answer is not in your documents, Benny says so and points the employee to your benefits team.
Employees ask in plain language. Benny reads the fine print for them.
No referral is required for specialists on the PPO 500 plan. You pay a $50 specialist copay per visit.

Summaries of benefits, carrier flyers, the enrollment guide. Whatever is sitting in that folder.
We build it, you confirm it
We pull out the plan details and show you each one. Nothing publishes until you say it is right.

Employees bookmark it. Benny handles the questions. You get your week back.
Three questions everyone asks, answered by people who already did it.
Was setup really that fast, will employees actually use it, and can you trust the answers.
“We had it up and running much faster than I expected. It made our benefits information incredibly easy for employees to access.”
“What impressed me most was that employees actually used it. It gave them a much easier way to get answers without coming to HR. Looking forward to a larger rollout.”
“We've been testing it with several clients in beta, and the response has been impressive. The answers are accurate and grounded in the actual plan documents. We're excited to roll it out more broadly.”
Benefits navigation costs anywhere from $0 to $90,000.
Two vendors can both say they do benefits navigation and be selling completely different things. One gives employees a better place to read their plan documents. The other assigns a nurse to call the hospital for them. Here is the whole market, and where we stop on purpose.
| Documents and emailDrive, a folder, an HR inbox | Website builderSquarespace, Wix, WordPress | Benefits StudioPurpose-built for benefits | Navigation and advocacyHealthJoy, Rightway, Quantum Health | |

| Cost for 200 employees | $0, plus your time | About $400 a year, plus 30 to 40 hours a renewal | $588 to $2,388 a year, any headcount | $7,200 and up, commonly $9,600 to $15,600 |

| Answers employee questions | No | No | Yes, with the page it came from | Yes, plus people on the phone |
| Knows what a plan year is | No | No. Every page is just a page | Yes. Preview, flip, archive | Yes, vendor managed |
| Who keeps it current | Nobody | You, page by page, every year | You, in a few clicks | The vendor |
| Human advocates | No | No | No, and we are not pretending otherwise | Yes. Nurses, claims help, provider steering |
| Buy it when | The legal minimum is genuinely enough | You want a site and you have the hours | Employees can't find answers and HR is the help desk | Surprise bills and claims spend are the problem |
We stop before the advocacy tier on purpose. If your employees are fighting denied claims or landing out of network by accident, that is a staffed problem and no amount of software at $99 a month will fix it. Buying above your tier wastes money on capability nobody uses. Buying below it means the complaint doesn't go away and you spend a year finding out.
Per portal. Never per employee.
A 20-person company and a 500-person company pay the same price for the same tier. Brokers buy a portal per client. Prices below are per month, billed yearly — save 17% over month-to-month.

The things people ask on the first call.
Do employees have to create an account?
No, and they never will. A portal is a page they bookmark. If you would rather the site not be findable, turn on a single shared site password that everyone uses. That is one password for the whole site, not accounts, not logins, and no employee identity is stored anywhere.
What if Benny gets something wrong?
Benny only reads the documents you uploaded, and every answer shows the file and page it came from, so anyone can check it in one click. When the answer is not in your documents, he says so and points the employee to your benefits team instead of guessing. You also confirm every plan detail we extract before the portal goes live.
How much work is this really?
The first portal takes about five minutes if you have a summary of benefits handy. Keeping it current takes a few minutes when a plan changes. At renewal you build next year's benefits alongside this year's, let employees preview it, and flip it live on your go-live date.
Is Benny on every plan?
Benny starts on Professional. Essentials gives you the site, the wallet, and the document library, with AI extraction doing the setup work. If what you want is employees getting answers at 9pm without emailing you, that is Professional or Advanced.
Is our plan information secure?
A published portal shows what you already share openly with every eligible employee, so there are no claims, no medical records, and no employee identifiers in the system at all. Documents sit in private encrypted storage until you publish, and are served through links that expire shortly after use. Benny only reads the documents in your portal, never another company's, and your documents are never used to train any AI model. Full detail is on the security page.
I am a broker with 30 clients. Does this scale?
That is the main use case. Every client gets their own portal, branded to them, and 30 portals are managed from a single login and a single invoice rather than 30 separate accounts. Each portal has its own subscription, so you can move one client up a tier without touching the rest. Volume pricing applies automatically at 10, 25, and 50 portals.
What happens to our portal if we cancel?
The portal goes offline immediately and your documents and setup stay retrievable for 90 days, so picking it back up does not mean starting over. The same applies if a trial ends without a plan selected.
